Women's Artistic Gymnastics is a popular Olympic gym sport that develops coordination, agility, posture, strength, flexibility and balance. There are four apparatus - Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Gymnasts will learn a combination of acrobatics, tumbling and dance elements to perform on beam and floor, explosive movements on the vault, and swinging, circling and transitional movements on the bars.


These classes are squad based for competitive gymnasts. Gymnasts are selected through an assessment process by our coaches. We have 2 squads within the WAG program level 1 & 2 and 3+. 


The level 1 & 2 program are developing their understanding of Women's Artistic Gymnastics within the levels 1 & 2 skills matrix set by Gymnastics Australia. They will compete in fun friendly in-house competitions throughout the year.

​A minimum of 2 days a week of training @ 2 hours a session is required. 


Our level 3+ squad class are progressing through the Australian Levels Program and are working towards local competitions throughout the year.
