Squad Classes are developmental or competitive, and by selection only.

We offer squad classes within Rhythmic Gymnastics, Trampoline and Tumbling, and Women's Artistic Gymnastics.

All squad members are required to train a minimum of 1 - 2 days a week for 4 - 6 hours depending on which gym sport & class. 

Training days will vary for each gym sport and information will be given when your child has been selected for a squad program. 

Selection process is from our recreational classes, which has been designed specifically to progress children to a squad level. We are also happy to provide assessments of gymnasts and recommend an appropriate class.
